Options for Supported Living is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a social care provider. CQC make sure health and social care providers provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high quality care.
We’re absolutely pleased to announce that following our recent inspection by CQC, in August 2019 we received the overall rating of ‘Outstanding‘.
Across the five areas inspected, we received ‘Outstanding’ for being Responsive and Well-led, and achieved ‘Good’ in being Safe, Effective and Caring.
We are really pleased with the content of the report. It is full of some really wonderful quotes from families, staff and people we support that capture exactly what we are about:
