We’re Real Living Wage Employers 

We’re part of 15,000 organisations who support the Real Living Wage scheme. The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living. We’re part of this scheme as we believe that our staff should be able to meet their everyday needs like the weekly shop or a surprise trip the dentist. 

We report on the gender pay gap

As we employ more than 250 staff, we’re required by law to publish an annual gender pay gap report showing the difference in average male and female earnings. Even if we didn’t have to do this by law, we would do it anyway. Our staff being treated fairly and equally is vitally important to us.
